This helps reduce the need for hands-on maintenance and keeps the i3+ EVO from overfilling, however it must be manually empty after each cleaning session. The i3+ EVO dust bin can hold 2.4L which is enough to last through four to five cleaning sessions.
The i3+ EVO, just like the i7 uses state-ofthe-art floor-tracking sensors to create maps. It also allows you to navigate in neat rows. However, the i3+ EVO only stores one map, whereas the i7 can store multiple. The i7 also has the ability to utilize its map to create no-go zones as well as virtual barriers, but the i3+ EVO cannot.
Although the i3+ EVO is superior in picking up dirt and debris from surfaces than the other robovacs that we tested but it's not the best when it comes to cleaning corners and edges. It's also a bit less gentle on furniture, despite being fairly quiet. It was a bit rough on furniture, as it moved chairs away. It also made some collisions against the sides of the bed.
